The top penthouse at Thames Quay was a derelict empty redundant shell on 1 level when we first entered the apartment. Werefurb London Ltd completely gutted out & converted and extended the existing 1200 sq in to a luxurious prime residential property in London’s Chelsea Harbour spanning 2 floor levels in less than 1 year. The apartment was considerably enlarged, increasing its space and future value. The remit was to refurbish the apartment in the shortest possible time to a demanding timetable and specification. We met our commitment with flying colours.
The property boasts views and balconies overlooking both the River Thames and Chelsea Harbour and internal mezzanine walk ways with glass balconies overlooking the ground floor.
